2) Accounts & Security

• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Keep credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person unless we approve otherwise.

3) Virtual Currency, Virtual Items & Purchases

• We may provide virtual currency/items (free or purchased) for gameplay. They are licensed, not sold.
• No cash-out, redemption, transfer for value, or exchange for real money, crypto, gift cards, or prizes.
• Prices (if offered) are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. All purchases are final except where required by law or platform policy.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in loss of access, reversal of virtual items, and account suspension/termination.

4) Prohibited Conduct

• Cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, unauthorized automation, or manipulating outcomes.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or unlawful content.
• Attempting to sell, trade, or broker accounts/virtual currency/items.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with security, or disrupting the Service.

5) Intellectual Property & License

The Service (software, artwork, text, logos, and content) is owned by NeonHarbor Social Casino LLC or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

6) User Content

If you submit content (e.g., messages, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, and display it for operating and improving the Service. Do not submit content you do not have rights to.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for suspected violations, risk, or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your license ends and virtual currency/items may be forfeited without compensation.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Gameplay outcomes are simulated and may be adjusted for balancing, maintenance, or anti-fraud.

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEONHARBOR SOCIAL CASINO LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10) Disputes, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Before filing, contact us to resolve disputes informally. If unresolved, you and we agree to binding individual arbitration (not court) for most disputes, except small-claims matters and requests for injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property. Arbitration will be conducted in English under a recognized arbitration provider’s rules. Class actions and class arbitration are not permitted. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us with “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account email.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies or where prohibited.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
